How long do your pieces take to make?

Depending on size and intricacy, individual pieces may take anywhere between 3 - 40 Hours to make. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your custom pieces to be made as they’re worked through in chronological order. Email before checking out for time-sensitive orders and express shipping.

 

How do I care for my Noorvana knitwear?

The yarn is stable to machine washing up to 40 degrees (washing on a higher temperature can shrink your garments). Dry flat. Preferably steam the garment to smooth any creases. If your garment is very creased and ironing is unavoidable please lay a clean protective cloth over the fabric to be ironed and use a low heat setting ideal for steam iron.

 

What are the shipping costs and estimated delivery time (after dispatch)?

 Tracking is provided via email once orders are despatched.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed your tracking information. If you are unable to access this email or did not receive it, please contact at n00rvana@hotmail.com and this information will be provided to you.

 

Are customs or import duties covered by Noorvana?

Occasionally, some international shipments may be subject to customs/import duties once they reach their destination. In these circumstances, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the charges in order for the goods to be released from the post office.

 

What is your returns policy?

All sales are final. Made to measure pieces are custom made to a high quality, specially for you, according to the measurements you provide upon purchase.
